What finally made study volume and burnout feel less random?

I am trying to make study volume and burnout more systematic. The framework I am testing focuses on the number of questions that can still be completed with attention and honest remediation. My biggest issue has been counting exhausted questions as productive work. What has helped you turn this into a repeatable decision instead of another list to memorize?

The most useful starting point is the number of questions that can still be completed with attention and honest remediation. If that is not clear, slow down before comparing the answer choices.

I would keep the practice narrow: track where reasoning quality drops and set the daily volume below that point. That gives you something observable to review after the set.

A common trap is counting exhausted questions as productive work. Naming that pattern before practice can make it easier to catch in the moment.

Try explaining the decision out loud in one sentence. The explanation should connect directly to the number of questions that can still be completed with attention and honest remediation.

I would bring this to RN review with one example where the framework worked and one where it still felt ambiguous.
