Who is responsible
Nursevia operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described here. Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through the contact form by selecting “Privacy request.” A legal entity name and postal contact will be added before commercial portal access opens.
Information currently collected
Early-access list
When you join, Nursevia collects your email address, consent, signup date, source page and any optional candidate-path or exam-timeline choice.
Contact requests
The contact form collects your name, email address, subject, message, consent and submission date.
Security and server logs
The hosting and web server may process IP address, browser, request time and requested URL in temporary operational logs. The forms use IP address transiently for rate limiting; the application records stored by Nursevia do not include it.
Browser storage
The readiness checklist uses local storage in your browser so your selections remain on your device. The study planner processes inputs in the browser. These tool responses are not submitted to Nursevia unless you separately send them in a contact message. Nursevia also stores your analytics choice locally so the website can remember it.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” When allowed, it may use first-party identifiers and cookies such as _ga to measure page views, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, referral source and selected website interactions. Nursevia sends events when a visitor generates a study plan, begins or completes the readiness checklist, submits a new early-access registration or successfully submits the contact form.
Nursevia does not send Google Analytics your email address, name, contact message, question answers or the values entered into the study tools. Advertising storage, ad-user data, ad personalization and Google Signals are disabled in the website configuration. If you choose “Only necessary,” the Google Analytics script is not loaded. You can change your selection through “Analytics choices” in the footer; changing it cannot undo data already processed with prior permission.
How information is used
- Send launch and early-access updates when you consent.
- Form relevant product-test cohorts from optional candidate-path and timeline information.
- Respond to questions, corrections, accessibility reports and privacy requests.
- Protect forms against abuse and maintain website security.
- Understand traffic sources, resource usage and successful form conversions when analytics permission is granted.
Reasons for processing
Where applicable, Nursevia relies on your consent for launch marketing, takes steps at your request when responding to inquiries, and relies on legitimate interests for proportionate security and service operation. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through the contact form until an email unsubscribe link is active.
Service providers and sharing
The current site is hosted on OVHcloud infrastructure and uses Cloudflare for domain services. These providers may process technical information to deliver and secure the site. When analytics permission is granted, Google processes website analytics information under its applicable terms and privacy documentation. Nursevia does not sell personal information or learner performance data. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Email delivery, payment and other material processor categories will be added to this notice before those services process your information.
Retention
Early-access information is retained until you unsubscribe, the launch purpose ends or 24 months pass without a meaningful product update or interaction—whichever supports earlier deletion. Contact messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active request, legal obligation or security matter.
Security
Submitted form records are stored outside the public web directory with restricted file permissions. HTTPS, access controls, updates and backups are part of the production plan. No online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete information, withdraw marketing consent or object to certain processing. Rights vary by location. Submit a privacy request through the contact form using the same email address; Nursevia may need to verify the request. Use “Analytics choices” in the website footer to allow or decline future Google Analytics collection on your device.
Children
Nursevia is designed for nursing students, graduates and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. Do not submit information if local law requires parental consent that has not been obtained.
International processing
Nursevia may serve candidates in multiple countries. Hosting and service providers may process information outside your country. Appropriate disclosures and safeguards will be reviewed before the account-based portal opens.
Changes to this notice
The effective date will change when material practices change. A fresh notice and any required consent will be provided before using information for a materially new purpose.
