Current public website and production practice
The website uses semantic landmarks and headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus indicators, a skip link, labeled forms, live status messages, scalable layouts, reduced-motion support and text-based alternatives to decorative interface previews. The live production practice player provides keyboard-operable answer controls and tap alternatives for interactions that could otherwise require dragging.
Known limits
The site has not yet completed testing across every assistive technology and browser combination. The browser print layout and some complex decorative previews may vary. The live practice engine—especially matrix, highlighting, grouping, hotspot and exhibit interactions—continues to receive expanded screen-reader and device testing. It is not represented as fully conformant while that work remains open.
Our target
Nursevia aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA for public learning pages and critical workflows. Conformance is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time badge.
Report a barrier
Use the contact form and select “Accessibility issue.” Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the barrier, browser and assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing them. Do not include private health or patient information.
What happens next
Reports will be reviewed and prioritized by impact. Nursevia does not yet publish a fixed response-time commitment because support staffing is not established; that service level will be added before the account-based portal opens.
