Nursevia currently provides public study-planning tools, general educational guides, an early-access list and a contact channel. The account-based question bank, AI guide, community and paid plans are in development. Descriptions marked “planned,” “coming soon” or “in preparation” are not promises of a release date or final specification.

Nursevia content is for general education and examination preparation. It is not medical, nursing, legal, mental-health, immigration or licensure advice and does not replace qualified professional judgment, official regulatory information or the policies of an educational or clinical institution.
No study tool, checklist, score, assessment or schedule can guarantee an examination result, license, job or clinical outcome.
Accuracy and official information
Nursevia aims to use current, reliable information but errors and outdated material are possible. Examination format, registration and regulatory rules should be confirmed through NCSBN, the NCLEX website, Pearson VUE where applicable and the relevant nursing regulatory body.
Exam security and prohibited content
You must not use Nursevia to request, disclose, reconstruct, upload or distribute recalled live examination items, exam dumps, stolen questions or confidential testing information. Do not submit content copied from commercial banks, official samples or another source unless you own the rights or have documented permission.
Messages and submissions
You retain ownership of original content you submit through the contact form. You grant Nursevia permission to use it as needed to respond, investigate a correction, operate the service and meet legal obligations. Do not submit patient-identifying information, confidential employer information or content you are not authorized to share.
Intellectual property
The Nursevia name, visual identity, original copy, tools and site design are protected by applicable law. You may use public pages for personal, noncommercial study. You may not scrape, republish, sell, systematically download or use the site to train a competing content product without written permission, except where law expressly permits.
Third-party marks and independence
NCLEX®, NCLEX-RN®, NCLEX-PN® and NCSBN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. Nursevia is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NCSBN, Pearson VUE or an examination administrator. Third-party names are used descriptively.
Availability and changes
Nursevia may change, suspend or discontinue public features, correct content or limit abusive traffic. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, security work or events outside reasonable control.
Limits
To the extent permitted by law, the public site is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or examination success. Nursevia is not responsible for decisions made solely from this general educational content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only as permitted.

Material changes will update the effective date. Questions may be sent through the contact form. Commercial purchase, refund, access-period and account terms will require a separate review before paid services open.
