A small change that helped with study volume and burnout

One useful change with study volume and burnout has been to track where reasoning quality drops and set the daily volume below that point. It keeps me anchored to the number of questions that can still be completed with attention and honest remediation and makes it easier to see when I am counting exhausted questions as productive work. The improvement is small, but the reasoning feels more consistent.

The most useful starting point is the number of questions that can still be completed with attention and honest remediation. If that is not clear, slow down before comparing the answer choices.

I would keep the practice narrow: track where reasoning quality drops and set the daily volume below that point. That gives you something observable to review after the set.

A common trap is counting exhausted questions as productive work. Naming that pattern before practice can make it easier to catch in the moment.

Try explaining the decision out loud in one sentence. The explanation should connect directly to the number of questions that can still be completed with attention and honest remediation.

I would bring this to RN review with one example where the framework worked and one where it still felt ambiguous.

The plan sounds sustainable. Recheck it after several sets and look for whether counting exhausted questions as productive work is happening less often.
