My current practice system for study volume and burnout

This week I changed how I review study volume and burnout. I now track where reasoning quality drops and set the daily volume below that point. I am looking for a process that exposes weak reasoning without making every session longer. The part I am watching most closely is the number of questions that can still be completed with attention and honest remediation.

The most useful starting point is the number of questions that can still be completed with attention and honest remediation. If that is not clear, slow down before comparing the answer choices.

I would keep the practice narrow: track where reasoning quality drops and set the daily volume below that point. That gives you something observable to review after the set.

A common trap is counting exhausted questions as productive work. Naming that pattern before practice can make it easier to catch in the moment.

Try explaining the decision out loud in one sentence. The explanation should connect directly to the number of questions that can still be completed with attention and honest remediation.

I would bring this to RN review with one example where the framework worked and one where it still felt ambiguous.

The plan sounds sustainable. Recheck it after several sets and look for whether counting exhausted questions as productive work is happening less often.
