How are you practicing study volume and burnout this week?

I want a focused way to practice study volume and burnout without adding another resource. My plan is to track where reasoning quality drops and set the daily volume below that point. I will review whether I used the number of questions that can still be completed with attention and honest remediation and note whenever I was counting exhausted questions as productive work. What would you add or simplify?

The most useful starting point is the number of questions that can still be completed with attention and honest remediation. If that is not clear, slow down before comparing the answer choices.

I would keep the practice narrow: track where reasoning quality drops and set the daily volume below that point. That gives you something observable to review after the set.

A common trap is counting exhausted questions as productive work. Naming that pattern before practice can make it easier to catch in the moment.

Try explaining the decision out loud in one sentence. The explanation should connect directly to the number of questions that can still be completed with attention and honest remediation.

I would bring this to RN review with one example where the framework worked and one where it still felt ambiguous.
