How are you practicing exam anxiety and pacing this week?

I want a focused way to practice exam anxiety and pacing without adding another resource. My plan is to use one slow exhale, identify the task, identify the cue, and commit. I will review whether I used a repeatable reset that returns attention to the task and decisive cue and note whenever I was waiting to feel completely calm before making a decision. What would you add or simplify?

The most useful starting point is a repeatable reset that returns attention to the task and decisive cue. If that is not clear, slow down before comparing the answer choices.

I would keep the practice narrow: use one slow exhale, identify the task, identify the cue, and commit. That gives you something observable to review after the set.

A common trap is waiting to feel completely calm before making a decision. Naming that pattern before practice can make it easier to catch in the moment.

Try explaining the decision out loud in one sentence. The explanation should connect directly to a repeatable reset that returns attention to the task and decisive cue.

I would bring this to RN review with one example where the framework worked and one where it still felt ambiguous.
