What helped me with making the 45-day wait useful this week

Small win: making the 45-day wait useful felt a little less messy this week. I started paying attention to the next practical step I can control instead of trying to predict the outcome. Not perfect yet, but I’m not guessing as fast. Sharing in case somebody else is working on the same thing.

I’d start with the next practical step I can control instead of trying to predict the outcome. That usually makes the extra details easier to sort.

Your plan sounds reasonable. Try it on a small set first: write down the facts I know about making the 45-day wait useful, then choose one change I can measure. Then adjust from what you actually miss.

Same area tripped me up. The big thing was noticing when I was letting shame or urgency around making the 45-day wait useful recreate the same study plan. Once I named that habit, it was easier to stop.

One thing that helped: say the “why” out loud before you click. It should connect back to the next practical step I can control instead of trying to predict the outcome.

Keep one example that felt clear and one that didn’t. Those two examples will give an RN reviewer something specific to work with.
