What helped me with what to do the day after an unsuccessful result this week

Small win: what to do the day after an unsuccessful result felt a little less messy this week. I started paying attention to the next practical step I can control instead of trying to predict the outcome. Not perfect yet, but I’m not guessing as fast. Sharing in case somebody else is working on the same thing.

I’d start with the next practical step I can control instead of trying to predict the outcome. That usually makes the extra details easier to sort.

Your plan sounds reasonable. Try it on a small set first: write down the facts I know about what to do the day after an unsuccessful result, then choose one change I can measure. Then adjust from what you actually miss.

Same area tripped me up. The big thing was noticing when I was letting shame or urgency around what to do the day after an unsuccessful result recreate the same study plan. Once I named that habit, it was easier to stop.

One thing that helped: say the “why” out loud before you click. It should connect back to the next practical step I can control instead of trying to predict the outcome.

Keep one example that felt clear and one that didn’t. Those two examples will give an RN reviewer something specific to work with.

Don’t change five things at once. I’d try this: write down the facts I know about what to do the day after an unsuccessful result, then choose one change I can measure. Give it a few sessions and see if the same mistake shows up less.
