My current practice system for answer-changing habits

This week I changed how I review answer-changing habits. I now name the evidence that would justify a change before reviewing the options again. I am looking for a process that exposes weak reasoning without making every session longer. The part I am watching most closely is changing a response only when a missed cue or concrete contradiction is found.

The most useful starting point is changing a response only when a missed cue or concrete contradiction is found. If that is not clear, slow down before comparing the answer choices.

I would keep the practice narrow: name the evidence that would justify a change before reviewing the options again. That gives you something observable to review after the set.

A common trap is switching answers because certainty did not arrive. Naming that pattern before practice can make it easier to catch in the moment.

Try explaining the decision out loud in one sentence. The explanation should connect directly to changing a response only when a missed cue or concrete contradiction is found.

I would bring this to RN review with one example where the framework worked and one where it still felt ambiguous.
