Anyone else stuck on delegating to UAP versus LPN?

I keep circling back to delegating to UAP versus LPN. I get the basic idea, but when the question changes even a little I second guess it. Right now I’m trying to focus on the exact task in the stem, the decisive cue, and the safest supported action for delegating to UAP versus LPN. What made this click for you?

I’d start with the exact task in the stem, the decisive cue, and the safest supported action for delegating to UAP versus LPN. That usually makes the extra details easier to sort.

Your plan sounds reasonable. Try it on a small set first: explain one delegating to UAP versus LPN decision in a single evidence-based sentence. Then adjust from what you actually miss.

Keep one example that felt clear and one that didn’t. Those two examples will give an RN reviewer something specific to work with.
